After math of Vijayawada floods  is different compared to other floods, People came voluntarily to repair the house hold items at lower rates and parts were sold at 60% discounted rate, Fire Engines cleaning all the impacted house did it happened previously anyone throw some light on this.  I would say lot of other associations need to come and help people like Vet Doctors, Pet Stores offering food for pets etc..
