AvramFaind
The cold compress definitely helps right away when the pain flares up, but heat therapy is what I use the most, especially at night. Sometimes, just a warm towel or heating pad can really ease the tension.Stretching has been great too, though it took me a bit to get into the habit. I also found that staying hydrated actually makes a difference. As for meds, I’ve used OTC stuff like ibuprofen, but when I needed something stronger, I was able to purchase medicine online through Alliance EasyRX. That made a tough situation way more manageable for me, especially when I couldn’t get out to a pharmacy.
