Sorry about your losses. That's why its important to book profits. Also move away from Small/Mid caps into Large/Mega caps. 

If you dont know what those are - Put in index funds. Or look at popular ETFs and see what stocks they hold. Make decisions accordingly. 

Think of this as a lesson for future.
