The Court said that Hindus too like other communities have the right to practice their religion without interference.

 

 

According to the court, people cannot use the temple premises as a “picnic spot” while admiring the architectural monuments.

The Madras high court on Tuesday directed the Tamil Nadu government and the state Hindu religious and charitable endowments (HR&CE) department to not allow non-Hindus inside the Palani temple and its sub-temples in the state, saying that they are “not a picnic or tourist spot”. A bench led by Justice S Srimathy asked the state government to install boards in all Hindu temples indicating "non-Hindus are not allowed inside the temple after Kodimaram" - at the entrance of the temples, near the flagpole and at prominent places in the shrine.

You are very confused or intentionally trying to look like a confused soul. Your interpretation is not correct. If the visits are neutral (meaning without any ill intentions), no one has any issue. But he someone is trying to use the temple place for political acts, it will hurt the real devotees and the sanctity of the temple.

Those are judgements from this year and they are in force today. It doesn't matter whether they are based on British law or some other law as long they are valid laws today.

తన కులం ఏందో అందరికీ తెలుసని వైసీపీ అధినేత జగన్ అన్నారు. తిరుమల వెళతానని చెబితే... తన మతం ఏందని అడుగుతున్నారని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఇంట్లో నాలుగు గోడల మధ్య తాను బైబిల్ చదువుతానని... బయటకు వెళితే హిందూ, ఇస్లాం, సిక్కు సాంప్రదాయాలను తాను గౌరవిస్తానని, అనుసరిస్తానని చెప్పారు. తన మతం మానవత్వమని డిక్లరేషన్ లో రాసుకుంటే రాసుకోండని అన్నారు. 

ముఖ్యమంత్రిగా నాన్నగారు ఐదేళ్లు శ్రీవారి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలకు పట్టు వస్త్రాలను సమర్పించారని... సీఎంగా తాను కూడా స్వామివారికి పట్టు వస్త్రాలను సమర్పించానని చెప్పారు. తన మతం ఏందో వాళ్లకు తెలియదా? నా కులం ఏందో తెలియదా? అని ప్రశ్నించారు. 

తిరుమల శ్రీవేంకటేశ్వరస్వామి వారిని దర్శనం చేసుకుని తాను పాదయాత్రను ప్రారంభించానని... పాదయాత్ర పూర్తయిన తర్వాత తిరుమలకు నడకమార్గంలో వెళ్లి స్వామిని దర్శించుకున్నానని జగన్ చెప్పారు. 15 సార్లకు పైగా తాను తిరుమలకు వెళ్లానని... అలాంటి తనను డిక్లరేషన్ ఇవ్వాలని అడుగుతున్నారని మండిపడ్డారు. 

మతం పేరుతో రాజకీయాలు చేస్తుండటం దుర్మార్గమని చెప్పారు. ఇంత జరుగుతున్నా చంద్రబాబును బీజేపీ పెద్దలు ఎందుకు మందలించడం లేదని... ఆయనను ఎందుకు వెనకేసుకొస్తున్నారని ప్రశ్నించారు. 

నెయ్యి ధరను పెంచి, హెరిటేజ్ సంస్థ నుంచి నెయ్యిని సరఫరా చేసేందుకు చంద్రబాబు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారని జగన్ ఆరోపించారు. చంద్రబాబు పాపాలు ఒక్కొక్కటిగా బయటకు వస్తున్నాయని చెప్పారు. చంద్రబాబే తప్పు చేసి, ఆయనే సిట్ వేస్తారని విమర్శించారు. మాజీ సీఎం అయిన తనకే ఇన్ని ఇబ్బందులు కలిగిస్తే... సామాన్య దళితుల పరిస్థితి ఏమిటని ప్రశ్నించారు. హిందూయిజం అంటే మానవత్వాన్ని చూపించడమని చెప్పారు.

నన్ను అడగడానికి మీరెవరు? అంటే... అడుగుతున్నది నేను కాదు... తిరుమలలో రూల్స్ ఆ విధంగా ఉన్నాయి... ఆ రూల్స్ లో ఉన్నది పాటించి తీరాలి... అని ఉద్ఘాటించారు. 

"తిరుమల వెళ్లొద్దని జగన్ కు ఎవరూ చెప్పలేదు. తిరుమల వెళ్లొద్దని జగన్ కు ఎవరైనా నోటీసులు ఇచ్చారా? ర్యాలీలు, జనసమీకరణలు చేయవద్దని మాత్రమే చెప్పాం. తిరుమల వెళ్లినప్పుడు అక్కడి నియమనిబంధనలను, ఆగమశాస్త్ర ఆచార సంప్రదాయాలను పాటించాలని చెప్పాం. అలాంటివి పాటించకపోతే మనోభావాలు దెబ్బతినే పరిస్థితి వస్తుంది.

ఇవాళ అతను మాట్లాడిన మాటలు చూస్తే... నేను వెళతాను అంటున్నాడు. నేను అనుభవంతో చెబుతున్నా... ఇలాంటి మాటలు కరెక్ట్ కాదు. ఇంతకుముందు కూడా వెళ్లాను... ఇప్పుడు కూడా అలాగే వెళతాను అంటున్నాడు... ఇంతకుముందు నిబంధనలు అతిక్రమించావు... ఇప్పుడు కూడా నిబంధనలు మళ్లీ అతిక్రమించాలా? 

ఇంతకుముందు మీరు చట్టాన్ని ధిక్కరించి, బెదిరించి ఆలయం లోపలికి వెళితే, అది శాశ్వత అధికారం అవుతుందా? చట్టాలను చేసే శాసనసభ్యులుగా మనం చేసిన శాసనాలనే మనం గౌరవించకపోతే, ప్రజలెందుకు గౌరవిస్తారు? దౌర్జన్యం చేస్తాం, రౌడీయిజం చేస్తాం అంటే కుదరదు. 

తాను నాలుగు గోడల మధ్య బైబిల్ చదువుతానని చెబుతున్నాడు. బయటికి వెళితే హిందూ మతాన్ని గౌరవిస్తానని కూడా చెబుతున్నాడు. గుడ్... గౌరవించడం అంటే ఏమిటి... ఆ ఆలయానికి వెళ్లినప్పుడు ఆ ఆలయ సంప్రదాయాలను పాటించడం, అక్కడుండే ఆచారాలను అమలు చేయడం, అక్కడి నియమనిబంధనలు ఉల్లంఘించకపోవడం. 

అలా కాకుండా... ఇప్పటిదాకా నన్నెవరు ఇలా అడగలేదు, ఇప్పుడెందుకు అడుతున్నారు అనడం సమంజసం కాదు. బైబిల్ చదువుతున్నావు అంటే దానిపై నీకు నమ్మకం ఉంది కాబట్టి. అందులో తప్పులేదు. బైబిల్ రూంలోనే ఎందుకు చదువుకోవాలి, బయట కూడా చదువుకోవచ్చు కదా! నన్ను తప్పుగా అర్థం చేసుకోవద్దు... నేను సూటిగా అడుతున్నా... నమ్మకం ఉన్నప్పుడు చర్చికి ఎందుకు పోకూడదు? నాలుగ్గోడల మధ్యన చదువుకోవడం ఎందుకు? 

ప్రజలందరూ ఆలోచించాలి. నేను హిందువుని... వెంకటేశ్వరస్వామి వద్దకు వెళతాను. నేను బహిరంగంగానే పూజలు చేస్తాను. అలాగే చర్చికి వెళతాను... వాళ్ల నియమాలను, నిబంధనలను పాటిస్తాను. మసీదుకు వెళతాను... వాళ్ల ఆచారాలను గౌరవిస్తాను. సొంత మతాన్ని ఆచరిస్తాం... మత సామరస్యాన్ని కాపాడతాం. ఇందులో తప్పేమీ లేదే! 

అలాంటప్పుడు బైబిల్ ను లోపలే చదువుకోవడం ఎందుకు... బహిరంగంగానే చదువుకోవచ్చు కదా! లోపల కూర్చుని చదువుకోవడాన్ని నేను తప్పుబట్టడంలేదు. కానీ, లోపల మాత్రమే చేస్తాను, బయట మాత్రం చేయను, నాది మానవత్వం అని మాట్లాడుతున్నాడు. మతసామరస్యాన్ని కాపాడమంటే, మానవత్వం అంటావేంటి? 

అందుకే పాబ్లో ఎస్కొబార్ అనేది. ఎస్కొబార్ అరాచకాలు బయటికి వస్తుంటే, ఇలాంటివి కూడా జరుగుతాయా అని ఆశ్చర్యం వేస్తుంది. ఎస్కోబార్ కు, ఇతడికి పోలికలు చూసుకోండి. ఇటీవల సంఘటనలన్నీ ఎస్కోబార్ తరహాలోనే ఉంటున్నాయి" అంటూ చంద్రబాబు విమర్శనాస్త్రాలు సంధించారు.

ఈ విషయాన్ని కనీసం ఖండించారా మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి గారూ? అతడు మీ పార్టీ జనరల్ సెక్రటరీ అవునా, కాదా? మీ వాళ్లు ఏం మాట్లాడినా మేం భరించాలా? మీకు బాధ్యత లేదా? ఈ విషయాలే నేను అడుగుతున్నా... ప్రజలను కూడా పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకోమని చెబుతున్నా. ఆలయాలను అపవిత్రం చేసే చర్యలను అడ్డుకునే బాధ్యత మేం తీసుకుంటాం... అందులో ఎలాంటి రాజీ లేదు" అని చంద్రబాబు స్పష్టం చేశారు.

ఇవాళ తిరుమల వెళ్లాల్సిన మాజీ సీఎం జగన్ అనూహ్య రీతిలో పర్యటన రద్దు చేసుకోవడం రాజకీయంగా తీవ్ర చర్చనీయాంశం అయింది. అంతేకాదు, పర్యటన రద్దు అనంతరం జగన్ మీడియా సమావేశంలో చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలు కూడా కూటమి పార్టీల నేతల్లో ఆగ్రహావేశాలు కలిగించాయి. ఒక మాజీ సీఎంనే తిరుమల ఆలయంలోకి రానివ్వకపోతే, ఇక దళితుల పరిస్థితి ఏంటి? అని జగన్ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. 

దీనిపై ఏపీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు మండిపడ్డారు. నువ్వు తిరుమల గుడికి వెళ్లకుండా, ఇందులోకి దళితులను ఎందుకు లాగుతున్నావని జగన్ ను సూటిగా ప్రశ్నించారు. 

"దళితులను తిరుమల ఆలయంలోకి రానివ్వబోమని ఎవరు చెప్పారు? దళితులను ఆలయంలోకి అనుమతించడంలేదా? తిరుమల ఆలయానికి వెళ్లకుండా, కావాలనే ఇలా బురద చల్లుతున్నావు. ఈ విధంగా చేయడం ఇతడికి బాగా అలవాటైంది. ఇతనికి రాజకీయాల్లో విశ్వసనీయత లేదు. 

తిరుమల వెళ్లడం అతడికి ఇష్టం లేదు... వెళితే సంతకం పెట్టాలి... సంతకం పెట్టడం ఇష్టం లేదు... సంతకం పెట్టకుండా దౌర్జన్యం చేయాలి... కానీ ఇప్పుడు దౌర్జన్యం చేసే వీల్లేదు... కాబట్టి తిరుమల వెళ్లడం, వెళ్లకపోవడం అనేది మీ సమస్య. ఇందులోకి దళితులను ఎందుకు లాగుతున్నారు?" అని చంద్రబాబు విమర్శనాస్త్రాలు సంధించారు.
