Popular Post enigmatic
could be a lot of things, slipped disc, sciatica etc . go to a sports medicine doctor, get scan's, get diagnozed. then go to physical therapy. they will suggest good exercise to reduce pain and get stronger. short term relief - have a pillow under your legs so your legs are slightly raised when you sleep. long term - adjustable bed frames where you can raise or lower the positions is good. avoid chiropractor, go to doctor recommended physical therapist

Popular Post chittiR
have been suffering from lower back pain since last 10 years. here are few things 1. Try to find out the root cause, like muscle spasm, bulged disc, pinched nerve, Degenerative Disc Disease etc. 2. Maintain a healthy life style, and if you're over weight try to trim few kilos. 3. Get a standing desk. and switch between sitting/standing every 1 hour. 4. Get a nice chair. I personally got Herman Miller Embody and its life changing. Best Investment I made. (It costed $2000). Highly recommend. 5. Get a extra firm mattress. 6. If you're going to gym avoid deadlifts/squats. 7. Dont lift heavy objects. 8. Stay away from Ibuprofen as it will make you addicted and gives temperory relief. 9. Get a hot/ice packs and it helps. 10. Stay away from chiroproctors, waste of money. Physiotherapy helps but expensive.

Sports Medicine doctor will diagnose and then suggest physical therapy. Akkada they will make you do exercises to increase specific muscle strength. Its a slow process. I was in same situation last year, 6 months PT chesa now its better.

I never had lower back pain though. and chiropractor is not someone who does those adjustments that we see in you tube videos. just saying.
