When COVID hit 2020, I had just started my job, was living alone, and adjusting to my divorce. The pandemic led to a shift to virtual teaching, and my employers cut our salaries, leaving me in a tough spot financially. In just six months, I found myself with credit card debt, a personal loan, and even borrowing from my parents. With mounting bills and persistent collection calls, I knew I needed to boost my income quickly. I explored various options like online writing, transcribing, and tutoring, but found them hard to secure and poorly paid. That's when I came across sugar dating. It sounded straightforward: get paid for going on dates. I signed up for several dating apps and quickly had suitors. However, it soon became clear that sc was an unspoken expectation. After a few refusals, I decided to adapt and began arranging "paid hookups." I set a routine where I'd work during week and meet clients on weekends or even evenings after work. I met guys in OYOs, in their flats, in their car. One guy I even met in his office after everyone had left. I met vir 'n college students, and retirees living alone.
