Hydra vs corruption

Question is, how can hydra demolish the lamds with proper registration. Why are they not arresting the Registrar first ?

Multiple problems.. first problem is GO number 58 and 59. Lot of builders with binamis and politicians misused these and registered government regularized lands other than BPl category.  Villas are built in such lands.

Theb why Registrar is not arrested ?

Regsitrar who registered such lands have history of vast corruption. They got arrested, suspended ..paid bribe and got reinstated several times. Arresting them won't change the corruption ..they will get back their job continue the corruption. They won't get dismissed.

Problem is even CM cannot prevent registrar ..revenue officers corruption..it is sytem that is corrupted. He is taking revenge against such system..indirectly he is damaging mls, MPs who used binami builders who mosised go 58 and 59.

if you visit mahabubnagar, most of the new constructions are near lakes ... he is least interested in kabja lands..only focus on villas, ventures that trs politicians made profit out of..indirectly taking revenge on trs.

Registrar only registers the land, but does not legally guarantee the ownership. Most people have a misconception that just because that the land is registered, it’s lawfully belongs to them and no further encumbrances happen.

But the fact is that registration does not guarantee or legally protect the asset. Its the title assurance and guarantee by the government that assures and protects from any future claims.

Digital survey, paper free registration, biometric based title and 30 years encumbrance free certificates….all these four clubbed together will help prevent land litigations.

Plus land title insurance. Just in case if something like HYdRa happens, at least there will be minimum financial compensation.

Law is being followed. Hyderabad taking centerstage and their lives are getting destroyed. Now disaggregation will happen. Deficit govt also will need money to spend on rural areas.

This HYDRA is a political stunt. Eventually LRS BRS lu open chestaru choodu, with hefty fines. Govt ki funds.

Land titling act is flawed.

In my opinion only way to solve such problems is to make government land remarked using pillars, stones or even walls wherever budget permits.

The pillars should be marked by government

Hyderabad is only income for telangana … that is open truth …rural is income from land registration will be maximum 5000crores it will not be 1 /4 money of raithu  bandhu for single season … it’s a plan of looting money from banks 1lakh 50 k crores will be spending on it … mgbs is on encroachment land
