even in that case too they can't charge... Tell them nothing is broken here and ask them to file insurance.. they are supposed to have insurance for these kind of things...

Ask for itemized bill first. You will get clarity. If you do not recognize the charges, provide in writing your argument while declaring the charges are not founded and you will go to court. No one needs to pay for normal wear and tear. Don't admit guilt or try to reason with them at all. They will mostly drop. If not, go to small claims court. Remember, there are timing limitations by state. Keep that in mind.

Pretty much all apartment complexes are doing it these days. They will not return deposit or put big charges. When asked they don't reply properly. They basically tire you down and get what they want. Corrupt practices. 

A lot of people don't go to courts. Adi valla dhairyam. But if you threaten to go to small courts, it may work.

Did not know. Small Claims Court ki veltaanu ani threaten akkaraledu. After they don't respond, file it directly. Court lo inconvenience charges kooda vesi, full amount (small courts handle chese antha) claim cheyyali. Lack of response is a negative in court arguments.

deniki kooda lawyer enduku? Small claims courts ee best. Small Claims courts lo lawyers are not allowed. Individuals attend ayyi argue chesukovali.

Apartment vallaki ee madhya baga alavataipoindi.. vallu legal ga collections ki koda vellaleru..nenu two times 6 months varaku drag chesa.. vallu email pampina prathi sari respond ayya.. bill correct chesi pampu pay chesta ani.. malli daniki response undadu. Final ga settle chesaru.
