Did you even read what you posted? If you're referring to Annexure-I, Lab reference# AB021253,

1. the S-values are only pointers, not conclusive "identification" of the Adulterants.

2. Notwithstanding the above S-values, it can be a false positive for any of the reasons cited in the footnotes. For e.g., if the cows are fed with Palm oil (by the way this is done in US too) the fatty acids composition in the milk will be altered. The equation 3., in the same annexure can't seem to differentiate between Palm oil and beef tallow. Again these are based on S-Values, not conclusive tests.

If you want to confirm it, then you need to do a spectroscopy test with IR and/or have a chromatographic procedure with  reference samples of a  pure ghee, beef tallow,and lard etc. to conclusively identify and/or even quantify the adulterants.

No such tests have been carried out thus far.  If Baboru tries to prove the case with these reports, Supreme Court will rule against this so called "evidence".

4: Nandini is one of the supplier, the claim of them supplying for 50 years is false. AP govt has its own co-op society Vijaya and Mother dairy, vaatini pakana petti nandini ki enduku istaru ? More over it is open tender based on qualification. When they don’t bid the price right, some else will bag the tender. Most of the times, there were multiple auppliers for the tender. For eg: oka 20 tankers avasaram vunte 10 used to be supplied by one and remaining by others. 
 

It is a mafia, evadu ruling lo vunte vaala batch ki tender potadi, but suppliers more or less remain the same. A R Foods odu kuda motham vaadu procure chesindi vundadu, more than half will be aupplied by the person who list the tender to AR Foods and they in turn supply to TTD….anthe kani kotha players ravadam, adukovadam antha scene ledu

Apparently TTD ki suppmy chesina vallaki supply chesindi pacha bat h, Dhulipalla Narendra gadi Sangam Dairy supplied to Govind Dairy which in turn supplied to TTD.

Cases of adulteration

Several firms that have repeatedly sent subpar or adulterated products have been blacklisted permanently from participating in the tender process to supply ghee.

Over the last ten years — stretching from the TDP regime between 2014 and 2019 and the YSRCP regime between 2019 and 2024 — one firm from Ambala in Haryana, another firm from Gujarat, and most recently, one firm from Tamil Nadu, were blacklisted for adding plant fats to adulterate ghee.

Interestingly, over 90 percent of the firms that supply ghee to TTD have been doing so for decades now — spanning over the TDP regimes as well as the YSRCP’s.

Premium Foods, Bareilly (Uttar Pradesh); Alpha Milk Foods, Hatras (Uttar Pradesh); Karnal Milk Foods, Haryana; KMF (Karnataka); Aavin (Tamil Nadu); Visakha Dairy, Vaishnavi Dairy, Parag Dairy and Tirumala Dairy from Andhra Pradesh have been the suppliers during the governance of TDP and the YSRCP. Few suppliers have changed post-2019 but the majority existed before and continue to be suppliers.
