Meanwhile ap govt stopped procuring from nandini coz it hike prices ....adhi main reason given by yv and others

Hike prices endi anna, open tender system…lowest bidder will get the tender. More ever, this is a perishable item and tenders are called every six months. Rate penchinam ani contract peeki avutala padeyanika idemana long term recurring contract uh !

Ever since ghee gate happened, all the reasons told in defense is a lie, manufactured by TDP to suit the narration. Just like 50 years Nandini contract.

Nandini ghee in Tiruapti Laddus

Nandini ghee has been used in the preparation of Tirupati Laddus for some time now. KMF supplied ghee to Tirupati temple from 2013 to 2022 except for a gap from 2015 to 2018. Jagadish said KMF could not obtain a contract during these years since it was not among the lowest bidders.

The supply resumed in 2018 after the pricing issues were resolved and it continued till 2022, when it was stopped again for the same reason. The KMF chairman said that they participated in the tender but the contract was awarded to others due to reverse tendering.

KMF’s Nandini ghee is sold at ₹475 per kg (including taxes) for bulk orders to TTD. This price includes the cost of procuring milk from farmers, transportation, processing, packaging, and other associated expenses.

The procurement prices vary across Karnataka with each of the 15 milk unions having their unique considerations for determining milk procurement prices, taking into account factors like profit margins, expenditure, facilities, and projects.

Some unions pay as high as ₹33.40 per litre and others pay as low as ₹29.10 per litre. The milk supplied to KMF comes from 26.89 lakh farmers who are members of the cooperative.

Not necessarily ba... They might have stored the samples of July of which report came out,SC asked why samples are not tested  in different locations like Mysore etc

So different labs lo testing chepistaru , otherwise unna report ne base cheskoni case file chesthe entha varaku prove avthado chepalem

Procurement tenders aithe vilu ochaka pilavalwdhu kabatti it will effect supplier and TTD purchasing committe ( which comprises of some imp board members nd Eo,chairman) ..

They will face music for sometime ,but less chance of getting punished

Who supplied from 2015-2018? How much did they quote?

Unna reports tho file chesthe, court saradaga kotti padesthadhi, for simple reason as there is no "confirmatory" identification test.

I wonder what stopped them to do a confirmatory identification test.  Also, if the samples belong to rejected batch, it's rejected anyway so no laddus were made using it. It only shows the weakness of Baboru and Paleru's allegation.
