When I used to study long long back one institution in AP rented houses in a housing board colony and had students in all rooms including kitchen etc, all rooms lo malli multiple beds, oka house ki like 8-10 students, hardly space to keep your books, chair and other stuff

On top of this - these substandard facilities. Define guidelines for hostels and those who do not follow, close them.
