A very personal but derogatory message via PM message on Linkedin to someone in USA with whom he worked in the past.

He now complained to the company working the friend working Germany, which is Accenture.

Will the Accenture people take any action on the guy in Germany?

If he did not used the Accenture's assets (Internet, Laptop or Internet Devices etc), I do not think so..
