Whats in it for the WITCH companies to file GC getting people in manager role? If the person gets GC, wont they leave them?

So they give these Mgr Onsite roles only after 20+ yrs of experience. Sounds true for some of the cases I have seen. They all have 15+ yrs exp and got GCs and left company right after.

usual gaa  L1 A lo vunte they used to file after end of 6-7 yr term. after that 1-2 yrs lo vaste. it is not bad around 10 yrs. ee 22-25 yrs ekkada nundi vachindi?  witch nundi H1B valla gurinchi cheptunnara?
