The Era of freee money is done. equity holders need decent returns from their corporate investment., Profit making is the most priority now. cutting down manpower is the easiest way to show profits.

Oil price picha lite le........ Not even stupid FED knows how to slowdown these Housing rents, Home prices, Car, home mortgage and life health insurance rates... they're still growing at 5-8% avg every year...  Mee chaavu meeru chaavandi ani vadilesadu. 

Last 2 years ee rate hikes em peekindi ante it only stabilized food prices...... Small Avg looking Restaurant ki pothe min $100-$120 ayyitundi for 3 people. 

Ippudu vache H1B batch House koni adhi payoff chese sariki retirement age vachesatadi...... I doubt each person can save $750K-$1M in 401K if they work their a$$ off for next 30 years in job continously.

In reality prices peddaga emi improve avvaledu. Edo pricing index kosam Milk, Eggs and other neccessary items artificial ga reduce chasaru. Otherwise prices of everything else have gone up.

If you have a Walmart account, check your online grocery bill 1 year back and there is an option to select it and order all items in it. See the price difference from older bill to now. Its huge.
