Yes..job market is very strong right now...doing pushups and gym daily...and eating protein rich food...

Tech market is still way down.. Impact of AI and over spending/hiring during Covid both are the reason for the layoffs..

Mostly seasonal and retail jobs which pay minimum wage are up in numbers, high paying tech jobs forget about it.

Holiday season is close. Many stores (small businesses) hiring Managers, Supervisors, workers. These numbers show elevated until February.

I remember a few years back when the job market was shaky; it felt like a constant worry about what would happen next. It seems like the Fed is in a tricky spot now, trying to navigate these good numbers without letting the economy overheat.
