Hyderabad gross office absorption is 8.4 million sft upto q 3 according to colliers . The entire year may reach 11-12 million .

In 2022 , Hyderabad recorded only 6 million sft gross absorption ( gross not net absorption ) . 2023 - 8.8 million .
