This is nothing new and has been in place for so long, Wondering how did you miss out on this one?

There are many mid-sized apartments and ventures that are sold solely on a caste and region basis. 

Affluent kamma's ki hub is Meenakshi in Madhapur, not the Nandamuri or nara bhajana batch but affluent kammas pre 1983 andaru max vundedi Meenakshi towers. Legend group planned a huge venture in kokapet to be sold on caste basis but that project did not take off due to 2008 crisis and later split into multiple projects. Ashoka's Spanish villa project's first phase was solely meant to be sold for a caste, Vasavi Vallavi kuda vunnayi..Atla many limited size apartments 1000's vunayi city la to be sold to preferred caste...regional basis mida kuda vunayi, non Telangana Vallaki ammodhu ani...

I agree but money is made through these associations. They create an unfair platform for all to thrive. Insider information, insider investments, insider nonsense.

Atleast inside the city, there was not. It used to be Brahmins vs non-Brahmins, but not to this level. Nuvvu cheptunna years lo US vachesa. And it got worse in a state that points fingers at others for indulging in caste divide.

I agree with other examples as well. This is getting out of control in a lovely city like Hyderabad.
