Well SCs votes are always split based on sub categorization, religion and local dynamics. 

Anti incumbency is at all time high against BJP.  Barring national security and highway development, none of the sections of people are content with the things. 

How did you arrive at a conclusion that Jat politicians are hated? Jats are representative in both Congress and BJP for they have over 20% population in Haryana.

after 2016 everything changed

jat protests turned violent and caused lot of damage

they may win as mla and mp coz of their resources ,north haryana is full of jats so thats possible ,even sudi bagunte someone from cong may be cm, but thats not the question , other castes started feeling neglected since harayana state was formed, so politicians like bishnois rose , they are seperate cult even tho are jats as caste but different from usual jats, khattar, nayab singh saini leaders like them rose , whenever there is jat CM, govt jobs lo other castes felt neglected
