How do you conclude that? Data doesn't tally up. Supreme Court didn't allow VVPATs to be counted not even conditionally. You don't know the source code, it's not made public. There are no time stamps for votes in EVM. U less there is an audit and time stamps and if accessed any such data is recorded, there is no data integrity int he EVM machine.

In 2019 Jagan who had had 44% vote from 2014 swung another 5% inching him close to 50%

It's hard to buy (un)holy alliance argument, which promised electorally more freebies and no common ground other than to defeat Jagan because musali Baboru can't face him alone, and has bent to BJP which decides to sell off and /or divest Vizag steel plant. The results just like today are for people to see. 

 If you go by results Baboru appears to be a  bigger mass leader than NTR, which was never the case, lol.

Why will they give that land? That is owned by the central govt.. if Jagan can grab it, he can also claim navy land, ship yard land and air force land there..

Non forest land is a state subject. Land acquisition for VIZAG STEEL PLANT had a lot of history. 6,000 acres of land was donated by Kurupam Zamindars, a lot of land acquisition was done from farmers. If the plant goes defunct, then that's breach of trust or breaking the terms on which land was collected.  The land should go back to the rightful custodian, which is ANDHRA STATE GOVERNMENT as land is it's subject. 

No contest when it comes to Defense forces assets. That's a union subject. Seventh schedule of the Constitution gives absolute authority to the central government on defense matters. State cannot intervene. Vizag steel plant is not the same thing.
