Rice overcook enduku aithundii-- Rice should be aged rice and manchiga soak cheyali before cooking it.

Try cooking using oven instead of cooker or use using open vessel

Rice over avtundhi ante… you are cokking in a cramped vessel or rice cooker.

it should be half done in a open vessel and teesi mutton meeda vesetapudu kuda layers ga padakunda choosuko, that vessel should be wide enough too

rice easy man just half cook it, most of them struggle with Goat meat ...just marinate chese tappudu meat tenderizer eyyi appudu rice and meat dum lo udikipothaayi.

80% is overcooked. Need to know your style of cooking and quantity. But start off with 50% cooked rice and layer rice from 50% to 90% cooking. Air seal chestunte, 50-80% chalu. Putting rice in layers is important. Also, I am not a fan of using tenderizers in meat. It just consumes lot of oil. Oil badalu ghee vaadu.
