but template lo kuda chudatam thappe....but large qty meedha chudochu...but devudiki prasadham ga special ga chestharu anukunta..adhi madi kattukoni brahmins spl ga chestharu ..adhi taste cheyaru anukunta

anna Laddu is called as prasadam as it is being sold at the temple; devudiki offering chesedanni naivaidyam antaru, and that happens even before ppl start working on laddus I believe; I don't know the exact timings in Tirupati just general ga cheptunna. 

when its prepared and being sold externally they don't offer it to god. 
tirupati lo chese  ton lu la koddi chese prati laddus ni devudi mundu petti ivvaru ga, part of the batch would be sent to god as offering before anybody touches it or tastes it. 

devudiki offer chesedi vunte special ga chestaru and offer chesina tarvata may be part of it mix chestaremo. 

ippudu US lo temples lo kitchen vuntundi, you pay and eat adi devudiki offer cheyaru gaa; but same temple lo darshanam ayyaka you have a counter where you are served small amount of sweet/pulihora/pongal adi naivedyam lekka petti manaki prasadam lekka istaru.
