Hyderabad lo East side Infosys 25K capacity campus, jobs istham ani 447 acres land kottesadu infy gaadu. Hardly 2000 people were working there for the initial 7, 8 years then govt threatened infy that they want to take back the vacant land, infy gadu towers, facilities build chesi, teams ni move chesadu, ippudu 20K staff anta. Still the surrounding are underdeveloped and poor real estate though proximity(3km) to ORR and 25 mins traffic-free drive to International airport.

But vizag lo TCS proposal is a good step. Allot chesina land and incentives, provide chesthunna infra(roads, water, drain, power etc) ki TCS vaadi plans aggressive ga pursue cheyinchali ap govt then only adhi materiaze avuthudi. ledhante its same old story, e corps antha adhe bapathi land dobbeyadam, in the name of sez, then delay cheyadam or land ni different purpose ku use cheyadam.

10K employment will give boost to many things anna

Houses , food, their spend in the city will boost all types of businesses.

people will have an option to stay near home if at least 10 IT companies come. we are dreaming for this from 2010 , atleast ippudu start aithe edo hope ante

Vizag is hub to EG , VSKP, VJA, SKLM and at least 4-5 dists of Odhisha.

ye, local people gets employment/business opportunities, Hotels/Restaurants, street food vendors, sweetshops, franchise stores, suburban area farmers produce ki potential vegetable marketing,  transportation(Auto/Uber), hospitals, shops/supermarkets and hospitality and allied services (haircut/dryclean/beautyparlours), realestate, then malls  etc., lot of economy generate ayithadhi.

10k is a speculation. Does TCS know about their plan to set up shop in Vizag in the first place ?

Poni, epudu start pedutunaru ? At least tentative like next year or year later ? 

You are being misled at this stage…Nothing as such is concrete. 10k facility start oette TCS aina mimimum ga cheptaru kada palana plan vundi ani…Did TCS announce anything ?

2018, 2020, 2023 lo kuda TCS setting up annaru. This a cycle in south bihar.
