Guys. Here is my situation

Thought my consultancy employer, adp lo from my 401k loan 50k teesukunna.

Now I don't contract in hand so my consultancy employer not running pay check

Then it leads to 401k loan ku monthly payments cheyatledhu. I can't even directly pay from Mt bank account

So if I don't do restart the payments or pat off loan before this end of year. Adp saying I'll get 1099 by considering as taxable income.

Once 1099 pay chesina aante 50k naa taxed money a aannattu kadha? After receiving 1099 nenu loan payoff chesina waste kadha as I paid taxes already for that 50k.

Naaku options em vunnai 1099 avoid cheyataniki?

Thanks in advance guys

It is considered as withdrawal at that point. There is no option to pay loan from bank account? That is not true. You can send a check. I did that before

They should have an option to get a check or pay online using your checking account .. im surprised why you cant pay using your bank .. better option is paying it off unless you are ok to get 1099.. it will not only get reported as income, you may have to pay early withdrawal penalty(10%)

you can’t pay monthly payments from your bank it has to come from paycheck. But if you can pay off full you can from your bank acc.

if you don’t do anything.. loan will be default or called distribution, leads to a 1099 which is considered withdrawl and you have to pay tax based on your bracket usually 30% + 10% penalty on the loan amount. Best advice is to payoff asap if you can.

Depends on your employer policy .. some employers allow you to pay monthly using your checking account similar to your pay check deductions incase if you change job or resign
