We use Zillow ... most people look at zillow for rentals. Zillow has more reach after MLS for rentals. You can also post in apartments .com

Zillow is best. They run the rental history with addresses and credit check which will give you entire credit report with scores , debt and outstanding balances, late payments etc.

Zillow Rental application will  also ask the tenant to upload W2 and paystubs..

employer verification will also be done .

your best bet is zillow. Don’t post in chillar websites like sulekha, Facebook marketplace etc. there are lot more scammers and you will be screwed up

If you manage, you don’t need to give listing agents…

correctee. kani tenant showing, background checking takes time and patience. IT coolies ki kastam to handle that pain IMO. Instead target long term tenants you will be better off.

Compromising on those steps, you will end up with bad tenant and your property is ruined.
