Midlife crisis should be addressed in adults. India laga mental health crisis issues ki no awareness... US lo 40+ uncles are literal slaves to their kids education etc and they are sexually frustrated. Adding to that we don't go to international trips fearing visa issues and don't want to put money for holidays fearing inflation. 

Besides that we are so obsessed with real estates that crimes are swept under the rug just to make everything look nice.
