And Andhra’s see them as Rayalaseemas and out of India, Ideally as Andhras’s. Just because a white man speaks english, need nit be an Englishman but one who is from England, is a english for sure. We can apply similar logic although such logics won’t hold good for every scenario so I stop taking examples. Im short, An Andhra after they identify themselves as Indian, should be better known as Andhras than generically a telugu. No matter how many examples we cite, If someone is called as Tamil, points that they hail or were feom Tamil Nadu. The same logic should be applied and followed by Andhras roo. Or as a Telugu man, for those that are not aware of nuances. Linguistic identities are far more familiar and have greater significance and historical relevance. In case of telangana the divergence happened only from the time of sultanate. Not necessarily. Tamils are found in Srilanka, Malaysia, Singapore too. Most of these moved generations back, they don't even speak and write identical Tamil that's being used in Tamil Nadu. Telangana and Andhra had more historical intermingling and demographics that arose from that than you think. Go ask any Munnuru Kapus what's the story of your caste a common story they tell you is 300 (Moodu Noorlu) Kapus came from Andhra as a part of martial activities and have settled here. Some of them even took up Reddi pani, and are now part of Reddi community. Nizam Sagar has a lot of Andhra farmers who arrived during the time of Nizam, on his invitation to cultivate Paddy. Then there are lakhs of families who moved from Andhra to GHMC area. Most fo their kids are either born or raised in Hyderabad area which now is a sort of Telangana. RSUCHOU
3 hours ago, CanadianMalodu said: Regional and communal disparities exist in linguistic groups as well. Tamil have that too. Even within Andhra, north coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema are way different from EG, WG and Krishna and Guntur. Dialects among the language are different too. Kurnool has more in common with Mahaboobnagar (Telangana) than with WG. Mahaboobnagar and Kurnool havr more in common with Raichur with regards to Telugu community. Even JC brothers from Ananthapur have most their roots in Telangana, so do you call them Telangana or Andhra? What about someone from roots in Kurnool and Mahaboobnagar? Pre Nizam history is very different, language has broader sense of brotherhood globally regardless of your regional origin. I don't think their is such a seismic shift you seem to claim. Let's consider a scenario, if few random people from Telangana and Andhra go to a place such as Finland or say Russia, who do you think they're likely talk to often or form bonds with ? Among themselves or Tamil speakers or Hindi speakers, Punjabi speakers? If you say, Andhra and Telangana guys are likely to mingle among themselves first, then you're a acknowledging the brotherhood among Telugu speakers. Isn't that easy? idekkada vinaledu anna. JC brothers Telangana roots aa? details please. Naku telisinanta varaku, even his great grandfather was born in Anantapur dist.
