RCMP wanted co-operation of Indian high commissioner (ambassador) with killing of Nijjar ...

they said there were under diplomatic immunity ...

so Tradeau wanted to repeal diplomatic immunity .. and prosecute them ...

who gave the orders to Indian high commissioner for the puported execution ?????
