Liquor Income Dent for Govt

Approximately 3400 liquor shops were available for tenders. Surprisingly there are single tenders for lot of locations and hardly any competition due to the Syndicates formed by local MLAs, MPs, Leaders. 
 

Each tender is non refundable 2 Lakhs. Just imagine getting even 5 additional tenders for each shop, that is 10 Lakhs per shop.

3400 * 10 Lakhs = 340 Crores.

4k in 5 years is nothing ,it's less than the profit made by tasmac yearly.
