400k asking price meda bid chesaru antunnava?

Austin lo naku telisina highest extra bidding on asking price was 70k or less. It was reasonable with the interest rates they got it for. < 3% interest rates tho they end up paying less interest in 30yrs and hence 70k extra bidding is justifiable.

3000sqft in Austin now with good builder and upgrades definetly is around 700-750k.

Bluffview lo telugu teams lead by @newtoselenium uncle bidded and boughted for +190k .. plz don’t degrade our Austin bidders . Thanks

Waste area anna, illu kadu but pool chesi leander/liberty hill area lo land konnamu. Not getting sold for the past 2 years. 2 years back emo within 2 months land profit ki flip annaru and double your profit annaru. It did happen also with some ppl but right now land market aiyte totally dead in that area.

Only good thing nenu ekkuva pettala, maa friend okkadu 150K pettadu and stuck for past 2 years.

Also, ilantivi dallas lo chala jarigayi ani intunamu and now tax time/bank loan interest rate renewal time ki motham godavalu.

100k - 200k plus easily equity hole for people who bought at top (July 2022).

For example I personally saw Coventry selling houses 850k plus homes selling lower 700k or higher 600s in Liberty hill and Leander areas with so much upgrades

Market cool down aina mata vasthavame. But 100k lu 200k correction em raledu. Biddings lev and 50k incentives nadustunnai max.

I think he's talking abt people who overbidded by 100K-200K on a $1M asking price home during pandemic(2020-2021).

Most of these fools bought these $1M home for $1.2M..... now the value of these same $1M homes are selling for 10-15% correction rates at $875K-$900K...... so thats itself is a 200K-300K loss

Whoever bought before pandemic are still sitting on 100% profit as they were valued at $500K before pandemic.
