Is it normal that hmda plot measurements on ground will be slightly different than actual on sale deed ?

on sale deed it’s 60*70 feet

however when measured it is 60”-2’*69”

is this discrepancy normal ?

it could be normal...but looks like you are getting 6 sq yds less...say if you are buying @ 50K per sq yd try negotiating  for 3 lakhs less....seller may or may not agree based on the demand and how well you liked it
