Well said i have seen people spending more than 1 million for houses 20 min outside Frisco. Aada emundhani antha pedthunnaro vallake teliyaali. 

Again how will they able to rent those homes if it is in a no mans land and even if they rent it who will pay so much rent to match their mortgage. Next year  major shock thagulthundi janaalki.

paying rent to match their mortgage aa idi eppati nunchi. 

why do people want to pay more for a property say 2/3 bedroom apartment rent kante 100/200 atu itu expect cheyadam okay mari mortgage match chese antha expect chestunnaru ante might as well I rent an apartment kada; you will have zero maintenance efforts everything else taken care of kada.

Rate cut ayindi, jara interest rate taggindi..house sales matram flat…2 months kante ekuva listing vundadu atlantidi ipudu 3 months listing and price cuts yet no buyers…

That was just for a week or so…Lenders hoped there would be hectic activity after the rate cut but things turned sour and sales actually dipped…a matram dip just helped some refinance people anthe…7% mida vunnollu refi chesukonika thapa deniki panikiraledu…
