Tech lo ne thakkuva land and investment tho ekkuva revenue generate avtundi.. more tax revenue too… 

MSME’s are good too.. but it takes long time to setup.. and they do require lot of permissions too like pollution, etc…

Revenue generation is dependent on the markets catered to. At the moment BPO work appears that way, but it's not necessarily going to stay the same. The more automation and AI comes into picture, the more cheaper it gets to produce output, achieving efficiency than the cheaper labour in the back offices in India.  This would rather cut down work force.

Tech la ROI is high and quick turn around but existing major hubs vunnaka new destinations la big tech investments anedi thing of a past..

Manufacturing is really taking off on a big scale esp MSME’s and even tech hubs are now promoting MSMe’s in a big way. It takes time but imagine the commerce activity that generates and employment/entreprenual  activity around those MSME’s

Well there is no real "tech" in India to talk about. All it has is a BPO or Cheap "back office". The IP is owned wholly by American corps. Go to a Chinese guy and tell them this and they will laugh at your face. 

At least in manufacturing you can own and scale up which will stand and only gain traction if consumption goes up. China was able to guard its citizens digital space, where as India's forced open with US big tech dominating it.  This has already become so detrimental in shaping the social, economic and political relations for Indians
