below is my experience. 

you have to wear good socks that absorb all of the moisture . also first right fit shoe vundali and before attempting any long runs with it you should break in the shoe. kotha shoe koni direct oka 5 miles run chesinav ante blisters ostayi. also body glide is you your friend here.
