Not if you wear proper shoes bro, I run everyday too never got blisters.

Depends on your foot bhayya, best is to go to ultra running or feet fleet and have it analyzed by them.

Typically I experiment with a bunch of them before deciding on one. I find mostly Sauconys to be the best for me, esp their Endorphin Shift series.

Other good options are On clouds, people also like Hokas but I think they have too much cushioning. If you like less cushioning, also consider Altra shoes. Asica are good for the most part esp their Novoblast series. 

I usually run 45 minutes 4 days a week

Shokz best ee no doubt if you want bone conduction earphones, but they are never cheap.

Recently creative labs odu okati sale lol $65 ki ammadu so far baane undi. Charge lasts good, and at $65 not too bad bhayya.

Also get anti chafing balm, you can find it at REI or ammajaan too, ledante kinda chittad ho Jayega long runs appudu.

Also never wear thick cotton up or down, either place.
