Typically I experiment with a bunch of them before deciding on one. I find mostly Sauconys to be the best for me, esp their Endorphin Shift series. Other good options are On clouds, people also like Hokas but I think they have too much cushioning. If you like less cushioning, also consider Altra shoes. Asica are good for the most part esp their Novoblast series. I usually run 45 minutes 4 days a week Sauconys how long they last bro and how long you’ve been using them also do you maintain just one pair for running or multiple pairs

Usually mine last one full year, but sometimes it could wear out in 8-9 months too if you do a lot of long runs.

Vuncle_penkul
@karuvu, just finished my second marathon recently. Here are a few things I have learned. Go to a running store and get a gait/pronation check. You can select shoes based on the results. I use Brooks Glycerin GTS as I need extra cushioning. If you have wide feet, you may need to invest in shoes that make a wider toe cage. I agree with everything that @tennisluvrredux said. I will also add that most people when they start make the mistake of running too fast and too long. Most people in my group fall the run, walk, run method where you run at a conversational pace, walk, and run again. Balance your days of running with recovery days to avoid injury. Try to find a running coach/community that will help you sustain your hobby. 1

Why this inferiority complex? Our bones are actually stronger. Just that we make them weak by sitting in front of computer all day.
