you should do proper resistance training too.

its something to do with overall exercise too. if you train the whole body and keep the muscles and ligaments around knees healthy. Muscles mass lekunda, later in life it will exert pressure on knees there by you get all those knee issues.

I agree with everything that @tennisluvrredux said. I will also add that most people when they start make the mistake of running too fast and too long. Most people in my group fall the run, walk, run method where you run at a conversational pace, walk, and run again.

Balance your days of running with recovery days to avoid injury. Try to find a running coach/community that will help you sustain your hobby.

Swimming raadu kaka, Edo pool la manage chestha kaani triathlon level needs tons of practice.

Yeah. Andulo open water lo swimming cheyyali.  Have enormous respect for triathletes!

Thanks Kaka. I found a good local group. They coach and train amateurs like me to run long distances.
