These laws itself are stupid 🤷, warrant lekunda police vasthe kallu viraggottali. Govt is an adversary, laws should be there to protect citizens not the govt.

if you take license from local excise dept, then you are all good....condition is you need to purchase alcohol within TG state. Happened us to recently when we were planning for engagement party in outskirts of Hyd. We had to pay some Rs10,000 and get permission from Excise. We were told anyone can come to check if we are using alcohol not purchased in the state. So they recommend us to carry receipts from alcohol stores.
