school zone is until 8:45 AM - Cop caught at 8:37 AM that I was driving in 35 mph speed in 20 mph zone

most school districts have restrictions until 8:30 AM 

 

fine is $250

do you think we will have a chance to dismiss the ticket if we go thru a attorney ?

Lol, first of all. 250$ ticket dismiss cheyniki attorney ni pettukuntava, never heard before. Attend the court date and ask judge for dismissal. Ide reasoning ivvu…most of the times thy dismiss if its a first time offense, lekapothe fine tagginchamanu

Attorney will take money and show you how to pay off the ticket and not have it on your record.

I will tell you for free. Just pay the ticket at the counter when you go to court.

At the counter ask what options you have to not have it on your record.

1.  3 months probation - If you don't get another ticket for 90 days, this one won't go in your record

2. Learning 

 

Option 1 is better 

Option 2 takes 8 hours....you will be frustrated.

3 Months probation is better than defensive driving. I did that twice lol.
