2006 first rocket tested in SpaceX. it failed. then tested Falcon 1 in 2008 which got success and got huge contracts from NASA in 2008 itself.

This is an issue with maintaining status.. he didn’t come to the country illegally or did anything illegal like commit a crime or sell drugs etc… 

Musk added net positive value to the country more than any immigrant ever did..
