Still working as PM level1. And there is no scope to grow further in current org. Have held multiple positions operations lead, data engineer, java developer, cloud migration. Like jack of all trades. I feel like I never have a proper career path. Please advise further how to choose next position. Goal is to become director in next 5 years.
