My parents (I'm the only kid) have over 30 crores real estate (as of today's Market value) in Hyd and in my native village. But they don't generate any income, instead avi maintain cheyyaneeki my dads and my pocket nundi cash bayataki pothadi. I'm moving to India in 4-5 years to look over our ancestral and family properties since my dad look over everthing when he gets older. 

I don't want to messup any of the generaltional wealth given to me by my parents or grandparents inherited properties.... at the same time I don't want to do the shi!!y IT coolie for the rest of my life. 

I have looked into retail and office space units, I have only heard horror experiences. ..... ma family lo couple of them  2019-2020 lo 5-10 crores invest chesinru in office space.... the builder either cancel or delaying and have still not finished the project. Builder took the money did not complete the project and not returning the money either..... It turned into a mess and ippudu Court case nadustundi deeni meeda.

Can't you buy already built commercial property ??

maa thammudu commercial properties  chusadu to buy and have passive income type. like function hall but future lo ammithe fewer buyers ostaru ani inka lite tesukunnadu. 

same oka commerical space vundii main city center lo, the owner is expecting 5+C for the whole plot but 5 C ki aa whole plot koni, daninunchi profit extract cheyali ante you have to have patience and vision and you might need to have a net worth where you can spend 5C and  develop till it generates income kada.

Maa families lo ne chaala cases unnayi.... its a testbook case study for future generations. atleast 4 of my cousins lifes were ruined like this. Generational riches wealth ruined into rubble by Spoiled brat dads.

Atleast in our family I think our parents generation were the most spoiled and financial irresponsible generation. 

One of my dad's cousin inherited 150 acres land (500 crores worth today) from his father. Today that land is 3-4 crores avg per acre. He's playboy club party goer, election, sports and betting freak.... ..... Ithani kinda shoes polish chesetodu kooda millionaire ayyipoinru today by using him.... this idiot has destroyed 99% of what his dad gave him. 

I think he only left like 4-5 acres or something for his kids now. givi kooda kids istado soodale. 

My cousins both had to come to US for MS on loans.... He fcked up everything for them. Its heartbreaking
