Lol, vallake teliyadhu. Halloween itself is a lifted off festival from pre Christian traditions in Europe and Americas. 

Halloween ki Deepavali more similar. We use lights and crackers to show path to heavens to our ancestoral Spirits  to whom Pinda Pradhan happens in Shraddh period.  Mexicans celebrations during "day of dead" lo kooda almost idhe basis lo chestharu. Same with Bonfires in Europe for Halloween.
