Nee theory anthaa baagaane vundhi kaani, BC candidate ani cheppaku...support your caste proudly. There was nothing so great done by NTR except 2 Rupee rice.(Thats peoples money anyway).

Okay coming to the point, what you said about Pichi Reddies is 100% true - they are the ones who wanted absolute power. But under the wraps, since before Independence, Chows were struggling very hard to gain the Power.

They first flirted with Communist ideology, (even though 99% of Chows were Landlords !!) especially due to Nehru's love affair with Communist USSR.

With the decline of Communism by early 80s. Chows found an alternative in the form of NTR. One photo in Eenadu, that of Rajiv Gandhi insulting Anjaiah clicked so much that, Ramoji could install NTR as CM and made him demi-God.
