H1b pick aithe possibly I-129 lo change of status ani pettuntaru....worst case lo they will approve but as consular processing. she may need to go for stamping and come back with visa. Change of status cannot be processed, once the individual leaves US soil. There is no longer a status to begin with. so, a change of status is out of question.
