Oka village lo SPACE RESEARCH center petaru , People moved into that city for work. They are all well educated making decent salaries , live in luxury homes nice cars .. 

Then all the native villages got jealous and thought if we banned all non villagers from entering the village and sent all of them they could all move into the RESEARCH CENTER AND they can also enjoy the luxury as scientists. SO it happened and the town is now called Pichi puvu
