There is advantage.. new migrations will go down if the word goes out that they are strict with this… they said they will target people with criminal records.. I don’t think they will touch regular people without criminal record.. 

Dems will use this and do all sorts of nuisance on this.. last term mamulu hadavidi cheyyaledu.. they will put cases in the court and try to block them individually.,. There are lot of lower courts that are sympathetic to dem causes.. they will block this until Supreme Court interferes
