ie panikimalina rate cuts chese baduku ala vadikeyandi ra ayya…rate cut will further lead to inflated demand again.

mortgage didnot go down. they are still around 7% for 30yrs. so it is obvious kada. interest cut didnot translate into decrease in mortgage.
