okkokka soda bottle ki charging 6 to 10 dollars and popcorn ki 25 to 30 dollars why that expensive inside theater??

In USA, that's the only income. Except for indian movies, where they operate with kind of rental basis, Hollywood movies take 90% of 1st week revenues, 70% 2nd week ... something like that. 

So, theatre's literally run on concessions...

Greed ... Rents are expensive .... One of the big reason why families are avoiding multiplex ... rather go to a normal theatre where its much cheaper
