It's not India, here senate Members vote as per their wish and sensibilities. They don't blind follow him

How conveniently u forgot the concept of bipartian efforts and caucus if senators think it’s helps USA both dems and reps do it  in blink of eye .. during covid some decisions were done like that if u forgot

It needs a constitutional amendment - which has to get 67/100 in Senate and 290+ in Congress and also needs to be ratified in 38 states. Not happening anytime soon, idhem H4 EAD ah peeki pareyadaniki.
