Healing Outside the Lines: Rethinking Why We Get Sick, and How We Get Better, with Tatiana Miller
At 33 years old, Tatiana Miller suddenly lost feeling and movement in her legs, and was lying in a hospital bed. “I had four orthopedic surgeons tell me, ‘this is going to be your new normal’, and at that moment, I remember thinking, no, absolutely not. You're wrong”. When it comes to her health, accepting the status quo has never been in the cards for Tatiana. As a teen, she saw multiple doctors to find help for her autoimmune disease and chronic pain. For years, she struggled to find answers, studying holistic medicine and practicing yoga, but her body kept degenerating, until one day, a bad fall left her paralyzed. In this episode, Tatiana shares how her refusal to accept her doctor's prognosis and her journey to recovery inspired her to found RX for Life, a health consulting business that helps bridge the gap between Western healthcare and holistic medicine. At RX 4 Life, Tatiana helps her clients connect with what’s happening in their bodies, the ways that things like mental health and lifestyle could effect that, and how holistic medicine might help. It’s a fascinating discussion where we dive into how we approach healthcare and why it's critical that we rethink it.About Tatiana MillerTatiana Miller started RX 4 Life over a decade ago. Drawing from her experiences with Western healthcare, and her experience in psychology and holistic practices, her services aim to support individuals, especially those with high-stress jobs, those dealing with burnout and anxiety, and those living with chronic illnesses. Her mission is to offer the real prescription for life – not just pills or quick fixes, but proactive steps to foster enduring mental health. Connect with TatianaRX 4 Life website RX 4 Life Facebook Tatiana’s YouTube Channel Instagram @rx4lifethemovement About The BreakoutThe Breakout is the hit podcast hosted by human resources and change experts Dr. Keri Ohlrich and Kelly Guenther. Understanding Cybersecurity Challenges in Industrial Settings with Lesley Carhart
In this episode, host Aaron Crow converses with Lesley Carhart, Technical Director at Dragos, who brings over 15 years of experience in incident response and forensics within critical infrastructure sectors. The episode dives deep into the standard practices in industrial settings, such as operators shutting down power plants for safety and the lack of forensic investigation into equipment failures. Lesley emphasizes the importance of integrating cybersecurity into these environments, pointing out that many failures are due to maintenance or human error, though a notable portion does involve cyber threats. Listeners will learn about the challenges and necessary collaborations between operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT) teams. The discussion addresses cultural and trust barriers that hinder effective cybersecurity measures and advises on how organizations can improve their defenses regardless of size and resources. Lesley also highlights the evolving landscape of cyber threats, including the increasing sophistication of adversaries and the vulnerabilities caused by standardizations in industrial systems. Real-world examples underscore the complexity of securing these environments, emphasizing the need for proactive and informed cybersecurity practices, such as "cyber-informed engineering." Tune in to better understand the critical intersections of cybersecurity and industrial operations, and learn practical strategies to safeguard essential services. Key Moments:  05:00 IT-OT miscommunication leads to cybersecurity risks. 09:23 IT processes are too slow; bypassing is required for solutions. 11:36 Leaving an outdated system may pose less risk. 15:09 Slow changes in OT due to unforeseen impacts. 19:17 Include cybersecurity in root cause analysis discussions. 20:31 Nation-states analyze and bypass industrial control systems. 25:40 Cybersecurity is essential to combat potential system threats. 29:27 Communication, champions, and leadership crucia

Not everyone is in that category may be 25% untaru....... Ikkada Dallas lo $1M assets unnodu kooda $10-$20M status unnodila showoff tengutaadu................... But 2020-2022 lo baaga earn chesaru.... Infact double the amt what they're saving now...... If both Husband and Wife are in Tech..... $250K-300K in combined income.

Entha ledu anna $100K savings/Year and they'e investing it left and right. I think u are talking abt this segment

But 70% of cases lo people are just living their lives....... 80% of people I know have nothing in India..... Most of them have middle class parents...... ikkada manollu kooda Americans lekka change ayyipoyar..... Just raise the kids, give them good educattion and make sure they get a good job and get them married.

Enjoy whatever remaining U have.... Zero $$$ Inheritance to Desi ABCD Kids and Kids also don't expect anything.

Where as Indian in India 100 Crores unnodu kooda He will always make sure his Kids inherit the wealth. So those lands and properties are never sold and you see them living modest life.

2 weeks ago visited Tampa , some other families came from Atlanta (minimum 3 jobs in household) . People carrying cheque books with them to tour new build communities , stop at sales office, throw random offers at lesser price. For them  buying a house is like randomly going to a shopping mall buy a pair of clothes.
